Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Dezentra Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • All consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Payments made for strategy sessions, advisory services, or business development consultations are final and cannot be refunded.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

  • If Dezentra Consulting needs to cancel a session, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Dezentra Consulting.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@dezentraconsulting.com, outlining the reason for the request.

 

5. Payment Disputes

  • If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without prior communication with Dezentra Consulting, the client may be prohibited from accessing future services.

  • We encourage clients to reach out to us directly for any payment concerns before taking formal action.
